About Vita
Meaningful ideas deserve a path from vision to momentum.
Vita exists to close the gap between what a leader can see in their mind and what their clients, stakeholders and team experience in the real world.
Why Vita exists
Great ideas often get lost between vision and execution.
Not because the idea is weak. Because the message, website, client experience and systems are shaped at different times, by different people, without one connected view.
Vita holds that larger picture. We translate the vision into clear choices, connect those choices into a strategic ecosystem and help the people involved move forward together.

The founder
Connecting vision, people and systems to create meaningful momentum.
Meg Ozaki is an entrepreneur, strategic connector and founder of Vita Consulting. She brings clarity to complex work, uncovers connections others may not see and helps meaningful ideas move from possibility into reality.
A path shaped by building.
Meg's journey did not begin in a boardroom or technology company. It began at the piano bench—and eventually grew into a music academy she built from her living room.
For ten years, she experienced the full reality of building a service-based business: shaping an idea, earning trust, serving families, leading a team and creating the systems necessary to keep everything moving.
That experience taught her to look beneath the visible work. Behind every client experience is a collection of decisions, relationships, processes and tools. When those pieces work together, people flourish. When they do not, even the most committed people can become overwhelmed.
Her path has since expanded across entrepreneurship, workforce development, technology, organizational leadership and community service. The environments have changed, but the central thread has remained.
“I connect what feels fragmented so people can move meaningful work forward.”
Today, Meg brings that connected perspective to purpose-driven businesses, organizations and communities. Through Vita Consulting, she helps transform vision into clear strategy, credible experiences and practical systems that create momentum.
A human-centred philosophy
Technology should never replace the relationships that make a business meaningful.
It should remove friction, preserve knowledge and help people serve more effectively.
