Meg brings the perspective of someone who has built and led a service business, alongside experience in technology, workforce development, organizational leadership and community service.
Experience earned through running a business.
Before founding Vita, Meg built and led a music academy for ten years. She shaped its services, earned the trust of families, supported a team and developed the systems that helped them deliver consistent care.
She knows how much work sits behind a personal experience: answering questions, preparing people for their first visit, keeping information current and making sure someone follows through. As an owner, those responsibilities compete for the same attention your clients and team need from you.
That experience informs how she works with business owners today. She looks at what people need to understand before they reach out, how your team supports them afterward and where clearer communication or better tools could reduce the work of keeping everything on track.
